Academic Approach offers standardized test preparation (SAT, ACT, PSAT, SSAT, etc.) and tutoring for institutions and individuals who want to not just pass a test, but also cultivate lasting college readiness skills and significantly improve their academic performance on and beyond the test.
Offering unique and customized programs Academic Approach quickly realized that the demand for their product was larger then their current systems and process could handle. As a result, they hired our agency to create a one new system that would: combine their two large antiquated online systems, create new functionality to improve user experience for all seven user types, include robust financial and reporting capabilities, and switch all of their internal process and grading procedures (50-65% of their work load) from paper/manual entry to online forms, tests, communications, and processes.
Unfortunately, due to drastic changes in the client’s company and goals from Phase Two to Phase Three of the project, more than half of the system and its functionality was scrapped in Phase Three. All of Joy's work on the project was in Phase Two.
